If your muzzle is deemed to be faulty or incorrectly sized, we will help you through the returns process to have your muzzle altered or fixed. All our Muzzles are bespoke and can only be returned if damaged upon delivery. 

Muzzles are made to the measurements you provide, we will not accept returns if incorrect measurements were provided, however we do offer alterations and remakes at cost. 

We are more than happy to rivet your muzzle into a set position once you are happy the fitting and settings for your dog to prevent loosing screws. 

We also offer replacements nose pads if your dog is sensitive to the original one provided. If you are unsure of your measurements we are more than happy to help you check them via pictures of the measurements.
